Job Title: Call Center Trainer
Location: Cebu City
Work Arrangement: On-Site
Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & Deliver Training Programs: Design and conduct dynamic training sessions for Customer Service and Sales teams, equipping them with the skills to handle inquiries, drive sales, and provide outstanding service.
- New Hire Onboarding: Lead engaging onboarding sessions to ensure new employees gain the knowledge and confidence needed for success from day one.
- Ongoing Skill Enhancement: Facilitate refresher courses, upskilling programs, and performance assessments to maintain high team efficiency.
- Adapt Training Materials: Customize training resources to align with industry trends, business needs, and challenges specific to our package tour services.
- Assess & Improve Training Impact: Monitor training effectiveness through performance metrics and feedback, refining programs for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with Leadership: Partner with team leaders and managers to identify training needs and implement strategies that support business goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Call Center Trainer.
- Skills: Excellent presentation, coaching, and communication abilities, with a talent for engaging and motivating diverse teams.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of training techniques, adult learning principles, and familiarity with the travel industry is an advantage.
- Adaptability: Ability to adjust training methods to meet the distinct needs of customer service and sales teams.
