Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Representative to lead our efforts in generating high-quality B2B leads and building meaningful relationships through LinkedIn. This role involves identifying and engaging with qualified prospects, nurturing relationships over time, and setting appointments, without aggressive selling. We are looking for someone who has a combined skillsets of Sales and Marketing.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:

Conduct in-depth research on company profiles and funding reports to identify potential leads.

Use LinkedIn and other platforms to find key decision-makers and gather insights into their business needs.

  • Relationship Building:

Send personalized connection requests and engage with prospects’ posts on LinkedIn by liking and commenting, focusing on relationship-building rather than direct selling.

Cultivate relationships over time through consistent and thoughtful interactions to establish trust.

  • Sales Development:

Once relationships are nurtured, transition to setting appointments for sales discussions.

Ensure all leads are qualified before scheduling meetings for the sales team.

  • Sales Tools:

Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator and sales automation tools (Dripify, Mixmax, Apollo, etc.) to streamline outreach and follow-ups.

Keep detailed records of lead interactions, status updates, and progress in the CRM to track effectiveness and improve strategies.

  • Collaboration & Reporting:

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align on strategy and optimize lead-generation tactics.

Track all activities and provide regular updates on lead generation progress and appointment-setting success.

Analyze outreach data to refine processes and ensure continuous improvement in lead generation efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, with a focus on lead generation and sales development.
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and sales automation tools such as Dripify, Mixmax, Apollo, or similar platforms.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to build rapport with C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Ability to effectively qualify leads and transition from relationship-building to setting appointments for sales teams.
  • Self-starter with excellent time management skills, able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Comfortable working night shifts, coordinating with global teams and prospects.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate tracking of all activities

Work Set up:

  • FTE, 100% Work From Home (Cebu preferred)
  • Night Shift (12am- 9am Philippine time)


Benefits:

Salary: 45,000 - 75,000 PHP Monthly.
