Role Description
We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our team and play a key role in attracting top talent, fostering professional growth, and enhancing employee engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top talent to meet business needs.
- Design, implement, and evaluate training programs to enhance employee skills, productivity, and career growth.
- Develop and execute engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and wellness activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Partner with department heads to identify workforce needs and develop talent strategies.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
- Maintain HR data and reports to track recruitment, training, and engagement metrics.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, training, and employee engagement.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and workforce development strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
