Human Resources Specialist (Service Delivery)

Job Overview

• Act as a bridge between client and employees
• Assist in the implementation of human resource policies
• Manage HR service requests, ensuring they are addressed promptly and in line with company policies and procedures.
• Maintain employee files and records whether in electronic and paper form
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations
• This is a 3 month Project-Based employment with a possibility of absorption depending on performance and business need

Qualifications:

• Relevant experience as an HR Generalist for 2-3 years
• Experience in HR Partnership or Account Management in an Outsourcing or Shared Service environment
• Knowledge in HR processes
• Strong adherance with labor laws
• Strong skills in using MS Excel or Spreadsheets
• Strong financial acumen
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Aptitude in problem-solving
• Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
• Willing to work in Bacoor Cavite
• BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field
