Financial Planning Analyst

Job Description:

• Analyze financial data and provide forecasting support on development entities' spends.
• Coordinates with the different development team on the status of projects that are under pre-development stage.
• Tracks and ensure approval for all re-allocation of approved budget in between budget lines
• Prepares rolling cash forecast for funding purposes and ensures that projected pre-development spendings are funded.
• Regularly monitors the weekly cash forecast of each development entities.
• Requests for approval and performs re-allocation of budget in the SAP system as necessary.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets of the wholly owned pre-development entities.
• Monitors and tracks approval and usage of the Development contingency fund.
• Analyzes financial statements of the pre-development entities and assist in the annual audit of pre-development entities.
• Coordinates with the shared service team on the financial results of the pre-development entities and other matters, as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or similar business course. CPA.
• Experience in cost tracking and reporting, financial planning and analysis role in an MNC or energy company, experience in audit is a plus.
• Has the ability to translate data into useful information and to communicate key findings and assumptions in a concise manner for decision making purposes.
• Good Analytical skills and understanding of project costs and spends.
• Ability to communicate and coordinate with other departments within the group.
