Qualifications:

1. Knowledge in MS Office (especially with Microsoft Excel) and Google Workspace for filtering and setting up spreadsheets.

2. Experience working in a high-volume environment.

3. Good English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey business needs and results. (Neutral to American accent)

4. Excellent time-management skills with ability to work independently, as well as with team members.

5. Ability to organize, plan and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

6. Proven interpersonal skills; ability to work productively and professionally with any level of business resources.

9. Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.

Advantage:

1. Experience working for a Talent Acquisition Department or a Staffing Agency.

2. Experience in ABA Therapy recruitment (BTs and BCBA), for U.S. based companies.

3. Experience with database systems such as ATS programs (Apploi), Microsoft Outlook, or Workday.
