Business Development
  • Establish strong and long-term relationships with key influencers and decision-makers at all levels within the customer's organization.
  • To achieve and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Consistently apply a value-driven approach to establish our company as the most trusted and superior partner
  • Develop short and long-term Partnership Plans for strategic placement, endorsements strategies and tactics to meet agreed goals and objectives 
  • Fully understand the business environment in order to maximize its competitive advantages
  • Cooperate with our internal functions as appropriate in order to maximize customer responsiveness
  • Conduct and lead customer meetings, presentations, and visits as needed.
  • Take responsibility for and manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to the successful closing of contracts.
  • Undertake Prospecting and to some extent Cold Calling as applicable 
  • Participate in major exhibitions, conferences, seminars etc. as required from time to time
  • Report on a weekly basis changes to customer prospect list, status of deals, and necessary actions to be taken
  • Consistently demonstrate a genuine concern for the customer and the success of their business
  • Prepare and present proposals and respond to customer queries in professional manner
  • Use, and on regular basis update input to CRM system, and other relevant sales tools with objective to maintain full control of prospects, and the sales pipeline
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in iGaming sales or Business Development Management
  • Excellent team player with the ability to work independently and take initiative when needed
  • Exceptional interpersonal and diplomatic skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Proficient in both spoken and written English
  • Strong organization skills and high attention to details
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must have an extensive B2B partnership network in Philippines
  • Strong Analytical Skills and Strategic planning abilities
  • Amenable to start as soon as possible
