Responsible for the management and development of new and existing accounts for international sales. They are also expected to help attain company goals and profitability through market research and exploring options for business growth.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintains and develops relationships with both existing and new accounts
- Maintains an updated list of current and prospective clients and their contacts, activities, sales potential, etc.
- Communicate with clients with regards to inquiries and concerns through email, telephone, mobile messaging, and/or other appropriate mediums
- Monitor customer needs and satisfaction emphasizing the quality and safety of the company's products and services
- Negotiates product price based on prescribed pricing and discusses with the Supervisors options to achieve sales targets
- Conducts price negotiations according to the amount prescribed by the management
- Performs other functions that may be assigned by supervisor from time to time
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Food Technology, Sales, Business or other related fields
- Minimum of 6 months experience in sales and account management for food manufacturing or fast-moving consumer goods
