Social Media Account Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a strategic social media plan for New Age Digital and/or its clients.
• Create engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
• Manage TikTok account/s and TikTok live content and data.
• Manage and schedule content across platforms.
• Will act as the primary contact to facilitate and maintain professional relationships between the client/s and the company.
• Attend to and propose solutions aligned with the clients' service requests.
• Analyze social media performance and adjust strategies as needed.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest social media trends and best practices.
• Collaborate with other departments on marketing initiatives.
• Will be trained to perform ad hoc tasks inline with the department and accounts handled.

Qualifications:

• College Graduate in relevant field
• At least 2 years of experience in social media management or a related field
• Strong understanding of social media marketing principles and best practices
• Excellent content creation skills (writing, graphic design, video editing)
• Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools
• Proven track record of growing social media engagement and follower base
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills
• Passion for our industry
• Can work and collaborate with a team

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience working with an Agency
• Expertise in TikTok
• A portfolio showcasing your social media work
