Senior Business Development Manager

As our Senior Business Development Manager (aka Senior Opportunity Scout), you’ll be at the forefront of identifying and securing high-value opportunities for Arriba. You’ll blend strategy, charisma, and hustle to expand our client portfolio, foster meaningful relationships, and unlock culture-driven business possibilities.
What you'll do:
Find & Cultivate: Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities that align with our agency’s strengths and objectives.
Strategize & Innovate: Develop and execute strategic business development plans that drive long-term growth and profitability.
Network & Connect: Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, industry leaders, and potential clients to create a strong pipeline of opportunities.
Collaborate & Inspire: Work closely with internal teams—creative, strategy, and account management—to craft compelling proposals and pitch winning ideas.
Analyze & Adapt: Keep a pulse on industry trends, competitor moves, and market shifts to refine our approach and stay ahead of the game.
What you bring:
- At least 4 to 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field within a creative, digital marketing, or advertising environment.
- A proven track record of identifying, closing, and growing strategic partnerships and client accounts.
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to turn conversations into contracts.
- A deep understanding of digital marketing trends and how brands can leverage them to win in the digital space.
- Excellent communication skills—whether you’re pitching to a client, crafting a proposal, or rallying a team.
- A go-getter mindset with the agility to navigate a fast-paced, ever-changing industry.
How we work:
We have a hybrid setup and work from our Kapitolyo, Pasig office once a week. But do know that this role may require you to head out more for possible client visits.
