Responsibilities:
- As a Senior Officer, your role is crucial in leading the development of cutting-edge training materials that focus on future skills.
- You're responsible for monitoring and ensuring our strict adherence to regulatory standards.
- You act as the primary point of contact, facilitating seamless communication with coaches during briefings and offering unwavering support throughout training sessions.
- With your expertise, you provide essential skills training to our esteemed employees and valued clients.
- Additionally, you oversee administrative tasks that are vital to the smooth execution of our training initiatives, ensuring operational efficiency at every step.
- The training materials that you curate are specifically designed to equip individuals with future skills.
- Leads the coordination of the firm’s technical skills training and global training curriculums and schedule.
- Coordinate with technical training coaches, facilitators, and other stakeholders.
- Handle the internal audit and quality assurance reviews of the Learning & Development Department.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Business Management, or any related fields.
- Has at least 3 years of related working experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
