Financial Accounting & Reporting Supervisor

Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee daily financial accounting and reporting operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income, and cash flow statements.
• Implement and monitor internal controls to maintain financial data integrity and compliance.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with key departments to provide financial insights and improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Mentor and develop finance team members to strengthen their expertise and performance.     

Qualifications

• At least five years of experience in a finance supervisory or management role, preferably in manufacturing or packaging.
• Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, practices, and reporting requirements.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide strategic insights.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in financial software and advanced spreadsheet applications (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CPA or an equivalent professional certification is preferred.
