This role will provide support in hiring medical professionals in RelianceUnited Health subsidiary Clinics.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Do End to End Recruitment Processes for the Staffing needs of RelianceUnited Health subsidiaries
- Collaborate with different internal stakeholders such as but not limited to - Clinic Management Team, Account Management Team,
- Payroll, etc. to ensure an excellent onboarding experience for our on-site personnel.
- Timely and accurate encoding and updating of data in tracker/s.
Background and Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of a 4-year course, preferably with a background in Human Resource Management.
- Preferably with at least 1 year experience in the related field.
- Must be willing to work on site (Cebu Office).
- Must be flexible with work schedule - willing to render overtime, work on holidays, etc. as the business may require.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
