We're on the lookout for a Recruitment Officer who will take the lead in attracting, sourcing, and hiring top talent for various roles across the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
• Create and post job advertisements on various platforms
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and timelines
• Maintain and update applicant databases and recruitment trackers
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments
• Organize job fairs and employer branding activities
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
• Prepare reports related to recruitment metrics and progress

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related course
• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Experience in hiring skilled workers is a plus, but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledgeable in using job portals, social media recruiting, and other sourcing strategies
• Organized, goal-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision
• Strong decision-making and analytical skills
