Technical Writer/Editor - Scientific Documentation (Medical Sciences)

We are seeking a Scientific & Technical Writer with a strong background in medical, scientific, or technical documentation. This role will be responsible for creating, editing, and managing high-quality documentation that supports medical and dental products.

The ideal candidate has experience in scientific writing, medical communications, or academic research, particularly in the dental or pharmaceutical industry, and is comfortable working in a collaborative, international environment. Candidates from academia with strong writing skills and a keen interest in transitioning to industry are also encouraged to apply.

This position requires close collaboration with global colleagues, particularly those based in Schaan, and therefore demands excellent communication skills, adaptability, and a strong command of the English language (C1 level or higher).

• Create, review, and maintain scientific and technical documentation related to dental and medical products.
• Translate complex scientific and regulatory information into clear, accurate, and user-friendly content.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Regulatory Affairs, and Marketing, to ensure documentation aligns with regulatory standards and company objectives.
• Support the development of manuals, product literature, training materials, and internal documentation.
• Ensure all documentation meets internal quality standards and complies with applicable regulations.
• Continuously improve documentation processes and contribute to knowledge-sharing within the team.

Technical Skills

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level – CEFR or equivalent)
• Proficiency in or ability to quickly learn new software tools and documentation systems
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, especially in correlating and validating scientific data
• Ability to write with clarity and structure from the end-user’s perspective
