Position: Marketing Coordinator

Number of hours: 40 hours/week

Schedule: EDT

  • Develop and maintain brand consistency across all media channels, with a strong focus on digital marketing
  • Design or oversee the creation of HTML emails, newsletters, digital ads, flyers, banners, and other marketing materials (digital and physical) 
  • Write compelling copy for landing pages, ads, email campaigns, PPC, and promotional materials
  • Create and maintain a regular content calendar for social media that drives engagement and enhances brand visibility
  • Write and design content for blogs, guides, case studies, and other thought leadership pieces
  • Update and optimize website content to support SEO goals
  • Design and implement lead-nurture campaigns
  • Identify relevant industry publications and opportunities for content placement to increase brand awareness
  • Execute strategies to generate positive online reviews and respond to customer feedback and social media engagement
  • Lead event planning and coordinate marketing support for webinars, podcasts, and trade shows
  • Track and report on marketing metrics and campaign performance
  • Support the launch and promotion of new services and go-to-market initiatives
  • Manage Bubbl’s affiliate program platform Impact- making recommendations on partners.
  • Utilize tools like Asana to track progress on ongoing projects, ensuring that deadlines are met.
  • Research as needed for content creation, business development, or specific client projects.
  • Assist with organizing team meetings, preparing agendas, taking notes, following up on action items, and managing the team following up on action items
  • Prepare reports and presentations for the team and clients as needed.
  • Setting up the email marketing in the platforms like Brevo, and Apollo, and writing marketing emails like newsletters
  • Other tasks as assigned
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing
  • Strong organizational, writing, and proofreading skills with great attention to detail
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools, especially Canva
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all levels and industries
  • A tech-savvy mindset and familiarity with emerging marketing tools and trends
  • High degree of integrity, initiative, and dependability
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to track and interpret performance metrics
  • Experience using CRM platforms (HubSpot is a strong asset)
  • Experience managing SEO and PPC campaigns is a plus
