Business Development Executive


Key Responsibilities:


1. Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential clients, emerging business opportunities, and industry trends.
  • Analyze competitors’ strategies and develop effective countermeasures to maintain a competitive edge.

2. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Proactively identify and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, digital outreach, and other channels.
  • Qualify leads to ensure alignment with the company’s target market and business objectives.

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Build, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, and enhance customer satisfaction.

4. Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and sales contracts.
  • Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for clients.

5. Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement effective business development strategies.
  • Identify new product or service opportunities and work closely with the product development team to bring them to market.

6. Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Monitor key sales metrics, analyze market trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare regular reports detailing business development activities, progress, and outcomes.

7. Collaboration & Networking

  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align strategies and optimize results.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand the network and promote brand awareness.


Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience or expertise in Salesforce, Microsoft CE CRM, and Web Applications.
  • Preference will be given to individuals who have worked or operated in the US market.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute business development strategies.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
