Product Marketing Specialist

Job Overview

We are looking for a Product Marketing Specialist to help update and create essential sales collateral (such as PowerPoints, datasheets, brochures, etc.) in the beginning of the role. Once these materials are up to date, you will take ownership of all new product marketing initiatives going forward, which will evolve into more complex responsibilities. As you settle into the role, you'll transition into focusing on content creation, including white papers, blogs, and other marketing assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Initial Phase:
• Create, update, and refine sales collateral such as presentations, datasheets, brochures, and other marketing materials to support the sales team.
• Ensure that all collateral is aligned with the latest product features, benefits, and messaging.
• Ongoing Responsibilities (After Initial Phase):
• Take full ownership of new product marketing initiatives, managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication.
• Develop and maintain a consistent product marketing strategy across various channels.
• Content Creation (Long-Term Focus):
• Write and publish white papers, blog posts, case studies, and other content to increase brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and data for compelling content creation.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in product marketing or related fields.
• Strong writing, editing, and content creation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and other design tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Experience in developing and maintaining sales collateral and marketing materials.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in content marketing, including blogs, case studies, and white papers.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
