- Reports administratively and functionally to the HRD Manager
- Assists in the design, implementation, communication and administration of compensation and benefits programs;
- Supervises daily compensation and benefits administration;
- Administers the company's HRIS;
- Provides support to managers and staff having concerns on compensation and benefits;
- Transacts with SSS, PhilHealth and HDMF Offices;
- Transacts with designated banks and facilitates application for payroll accounts of employees;
- Keeps updates on general labor standards and other laws/advisories pertaining to compensation and benefits
