Based on the company's strategic goals, develop and implement overseas market promotion strategies to enhance brand awareness and market share;
Responsible for conducting competitive analysis and industry dynamic research in overseas markets, providing data support, and optimizing market promotion plans;
Coordinate and manage overseas advertising placement, media promotion, social platform operations, and other related work to enhance user growth and activity;
Collaborate with local overseas teams to implement marketing activities and monitor their effectiveness, and adjust marketing strategies in a timely manner;
Track user feedback in overseas markets, analyze market trends, and provide suggestions for product improvement;
Develop and maintain daily operational processes for overseas markets to ensure projects are completed on time and achieve expected results;
Support customer service and communication in overseas markets to ensure customer satisfaction;
Complete other work tasks assigned by superiors.

Bachelor's degree or above, major in marketing, international trade, advertising or related fields;
More than 2 years of experience in overseas market planning or operation, with priority given to those with experience in cross-border e-commerce or overseas advertising placement;
Familiar with the characteristics of overseas markets and user needs, possessing certain market analysis skills;
Possess good cross-cultural communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to collaborate efficiently with teams from different regions;
Good English speaking and written expression skills, proficient in using English for daily communication and document writing;
Possess innovative thinking and be able to propose and execute creative marketing plans;
Proficient in using Office software, knowledge of data analysis tools is preferred;
Strong sense of responsibility, able to complete tasks under pressure, and possess strong time management skills.
