Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in the travel and tourism industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment processes, attracting top talent, and ensuring smooth onboarding. They should have a deep understanding of recruitment strategies, HR best practices, and industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for various roles in the travel and tourism sector.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals).
  • Conduct initial screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and expectations.
  • Maintain an updated database of potential candidates and build a talent pipeline.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Handle job postings, advertisements, and employer branding activities.
  • Manage pre-employment requirements and ensure compliance with labor laws in the Philippines.
  • Assist in HR functions such as onboarding, employee engagement, and retention strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.
  • Strong knowledge of local labor laws and hiring regulations in the Philippines.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong negotiation and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment tools.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with travel and tourism roles, including operations, sales, customer service, and hospitality.
  • Experience in employer branding and digital recruitment strategies.
  • Ability to build strong professional networks within the tourism sector.
