Human Resources Recruiting Specialist

Aextech Inc, is manpower service provider for aircraft maintenance and aircraft manufacturing company ( located in various countries)

We are looking for our new HR / recruiter specialist as the key person of our company to recruit and identify the technicians we need to service our clients

Responsibilities

Sourcing and recruitment

Review job applications and conduct technical interviews to screen the talent

Review and filter applications from potential candidates

Onboard new employees and conducts orientations

Manage labor relations

Regular update the employee work records

Administering compensation and benefits programs.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.

Previous experience as recruiter

Understanding of modern HR/ recruitment digital tool

Complete understanding of HR digital tools

Knowledgeable in international visa processing

Previous experience in aviation / aeronautic industries would be a plus
