Job Responsibilities:
- To create a strong candidate pipeline, source candidates using a range of search techniques.
- Examine resumes, job applications, and conduct phone screenings to assess applicants. Extend the offer and negotiate job terms to expedite the offer process.
- Oversee the new recruit and onboarding procedures.
- Post job vacancies internally, on job boards, social media, and the company's careers page.
- Work together with management to determine future employment requirements.
- Ensure achieving hiring goals in monthly period and updating heads about recruitment reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Business, Management, and related fields.
- Open for Fresh Graduates
- Willing to be trained by recruitment team.
- Good communication and interview skills.
- Can work ASAP at Makati.
