HR Administrator (Homebased)
Outsourced Quality Assured Services Inc.
Working alongside a high performing, supportive and dynamic team, you will manage a range of administration tasks including sales support, candidate onboarding, candidate community management and general administration duties / support
Responsibilities:
Assist with onboarding candidates - send and follow up on registration and onboarding forms
Assist with coordinating interviews with clients
Conduct reference checks
Database management - ensuring candidate records are updated
Manage the recruitment online system - upload documentation
Review and Improve back office processes
Manage and coordinate events and travel when required
Assist Compliance Manager with administration tasks
Qualifications:
Experience working in a fast-paced customer service/admin position
Be highly organized, able to work with company processes and guidelines
Have strong administration and customer service skills
Have excellent computer/technical skill
Have strong Excel, Word and able to navigate multiple systems
High level attention to detail
Additional Information:
M to F, 7am to 4pm
Homebased, must have atleast 20 mbps
