Summit Media is expanding its presence in the dynamic Out-of-Home (OOH) and Digital Media landscape. We're looking for a strategic and results-oriented Business Planning and Development Head to drive our growth, profitability, and strategic initiatives. The Business Planning and Development head will lead business planning, site acquisition strategies, asset development, and the expansion of our Retail Media Network (RMN). This role is critical in maximizing revenue opportunities, creating strategic partnerships, and optimizing our asset portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead business case development for site acquisitions, partnerships, and asset upgrades.
- Build and analyze financial models for ROI, profitability, and strategic forecasting.
- Oversee site acquisition and territory expansion efforts.
- Manage asset optimization, including upgrades from static to digital.
- Establish and nurture strategic partnerships and joint ventures.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure assets are commercially viable and compliant.
- Develop and streamline operational processes and financial reporting.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing business development team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related fields (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in business planning, real estate, investment, or strategic development (5+ years in OOH/media is required).
- Expertise in financial modeling, capital investment, and strategic forecasting.
- Proven track record in leading teams and complex negotiations.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
