Description :

The HR Specialist for Culture and Learning plays a crucial role in fostering a positive work culture, promoting employee development, and ensuring effective learning programs within the organization. This role is responsible for implementing initiatives that enhance employee engagement, holistic well-being, and a heart of service. The Specialist collaborates with various departments to create and sustain a culture that aligns with the CCF’s values, mission, and strategic objectives. They are also responsible for designing and delivering learning and development programs that empower employees to acquire new skills and knowledge.

Qualifications :

  • Graduate of Psychology or any related course
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills
  • With at least 2 years’ relevant work experience in the same role
  • Good organizational skills and detail-oriented
  • Experience in research and project management
  • Experience in planning and implementing company-wide events
  • Must be a Bible-believing Christian, preferably part of a Discipleship Group
