Sr. Business Analyst - Presales

Responsibilities:

• Participate in presales cycle to support sales initiatives, including but not limited to responding to RFI/RFPs and creating proposals.
• Oversee end to end RFI/RFP process, including:
• Creating and monitoring tasks
• Reviewing requirements
• Identifying proposed solution
• Developing project estimates
• Documenting responses
• Facilitating review and approval of responses
• Prepare and conduct client demos and presentations
• Perform scoping activities and recommends solution approaches
• Conduct training/orientation, and facilitates job shadowing activities to new team members
• Develop deep knowledge and expertise on Barhead products and services
• Help the BA Lead and Capability Manager – BA in developing business analysis and consulting best practices and standards
• Collaborate with functional and delivery leads in planning/estimating business analysis activities in projects and work assignments
• Perform requirements elicitation, analysis, design and documentation
• Perform system configuration based on the approved requirements
• Help other teams in the interpretation of requirements for the implementation of configuration, custom coding or development work
• Assist in the enforcement of project deadlines and schedules
• Mentor other BA team members
• Perform Project Manager responsibilities in small scale projects
• Perform other duties as assigned from time to time

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years experience in the field of Business Systems and IT ideally as a functional/business analyst implementing CRM or SaaS solutions
• Detailed, organized, and results-oriented
• Ability to effectively prioritize and escalate issues as required
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science/IT/Business Management/Engineering
• Experience working in an IT consulting organization or environment
• Experience with different project methodologies (Agile, waterfall, et al.)
• Experience in working in a global environment, delivering service to global clients
• Must be willing to travel and be amenable to changes in work shift/location, as needed on a per project basis
