Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Community Engagement Specialist, located in Pasig. The Community Engagement Specialist will be responsible for enhancing guest experiences, building relationships with the community, and fostering a dynamic and inclusive environment. Day-to-day tasks include managing community events, providing exceptional customer service, and effectively communicating with guests and stakeholders.
- Engage with the online community and respond to online inquiries
- Troubleshoot and escalate issues reported by the community through online channels
- Relay community feedback to relevant internal stakeholders
- Devise and implement community communication initiatives
- Liaise with other departments to stay updated on new marketing initiatives, product and service developments, and to ensure brand consistency
- Works with the marketing team on various campaign needs
- Supports the marketing team with different administrative and ad hoc tasks.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication Skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Must be willing to work on-site in Pasig City.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field
