Talent Acquisition Associate

Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
• Maintain and update applicant tracking systems
• Support the end-to-end recruitment process
  
  

Requirements:

Qualifications:

• Preferably a graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a related field
• Willing to be trained and work onsite
• Open to mid and night shift schedules
• A pleasing personality and strong interpersonal skills are a big plus
