Project Manager/Supervisor at Handlink Inc

Design, plan and manage technical projects, staffing, and resource allocation
Create and maintain project plans, calendars, and progress reports
Manage project scope, schedule, and budget
Ensure standard operating procedures and project guidelines are in place
Task allocation and performance evaluation of team members
Project scheduling and resource management
Make presentations on project status, present monthly and annual reports to senior management
Meet with client teams and gather requirements, create solutions, and assist the technical team on the impletion of the project
Conduct regular client and team meetings on project status and track project progress
Interview candidates and hire resources
Conduct performance reviews of team members and identify areas of improvement, give feedback and recommend for promotions or salary increments
Estimate project budgets, coordinate with finance department for funds and plan for purchasing of equipment and hardware in a cost-effective way
Provide an efficient working atmosphere to project teams and ensure objectives are met within stipulated time

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or any IT related field
2+ years experience in project management
Knowledge in Wireless Technologies, IP Networks (Switching and Routing), Network Security, and Auxiliary and Building Systems, Cloud and HCI Solutions, Video Surveillance, Telephony, and various ICT Solutions.
3+ years of proven experience in a heavy customer focus position involving technical knowledge of a company’s products and services.
Ability to prioritize and manage several milestones and projects efficiently.
Additional certification or license may be required.
Experience in a similar managerial role recommended.
Experience in managing a team.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
