Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research (user interviews, surveys, usability testing, etc.).
  • Create user personas and journey maps based on research data.
  • Understand and analyze the needs, motivations, and behaviors of the target audience.
  • Design wireframes, low-fidelity, and high-fidelity prototypes to represent the product’s structure and interactions.
  • Develop interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility.
  • Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces, focusing on navigation, layout, and overall user flow.
  • Work on interaction patterns, transitions, and animations to enhance usability.
  • Conduct usability testing to evaluate designs and gather feedback from real users.
  • Analyze user feedback and data to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
  • Iterate on designs based on insights and user feedback to optimize the experience.
  • Collaborate with UI designers, product managers, developers, and other team members to bring the product vision to life.
  • Communicate design decisions and rationale clearly to stakeholders.
  • Participate in team meetings, design reviews, and feedback sessions.
  • Create and maintain a consistent design system (e.g., style guides, design libraries).
  • Document design specifications, user flows, and wireframes for development teams.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging design tools.
  • Experiment with new approaches to improve user experience.

Knowledge needed for these Programs and App:

  • Ability to analyze both qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Experience with data analytics and user testing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Crazy Egg, UsabilityHub).
  • Understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to user experience, such as task success rate and time-on-task.
