1. Accomplish business objectives as instructed from planning, researching, implementing to completion.
2. Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans.
3. Ensure compliance and systems are upheld throughout operations.
4. Provide relevant reports to the management including sales, collections, customers and other relevant information as required by the management.
5. Provide training to improve the knowledge base of the staff and utilize cross training methods to maintain productivity of employees towards business continuity.
1. With at least two (2) year experience in a managerial level; opening a business from planning to completion is an advantage.
2. Proven experience from the rank to managerial level. Willing to do staff to managerial duties.
2. With strong interpersonal skills, good at convincing people positively.
4. Easy to adapt, street smart, resourceful and willing to learn the business with persistence and endurance.
5. Can recruit qualified candidates and do training of staff.
6. Willing to go on different places and work on field.
