Our client, a leading provider of home comfort solutions in Singapore, seeks to hire a Business Development Manager.
Job Scope
B2G (Business-to-Government):
- Identify and pursue government project opportunities by researching leads and understanding project requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies and stakeholders.
- Monitor relevant government tenders, policies, and initiatives to align with the company’s offerings.
- Develop and submit proposals, ensuring compliance with government regulations and standards
B2D (Business-to-Development):
- Manage and follow up on ongoing development projects to ensure timely progress and delivery.
- Research and secure new development project opportunities in line with company growth objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions tailored to developer needs.
- Build long-term partnerships with developers and project stakeholders.
Exhibition Sales Management:
- Lead the planning and execution of the company’s participation in the Archi Expo (April 29 – May 4, 2025, Thailand).
- Develop an exhibition strategy to maximize visibility, generate leads, and showcase products effectively.
- Coordinate logistics, marketing materials, booth design, and on-ground activities.
- Analyze the success of the exhibition and provide recommendations for future events.
• Recognized Diploma in Sales, Marketing and/or Business.
• Proven track record in B2G, B2D and Exhibition Sales Management
• Works extremely well as a team member and excels as an individual contributor.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
