Job Summary:
- Responsible for processing all payables and payment requests accurately and on time, following the company’s set turnaround time (TAT).
- Tasks include receiving, checking, verifying, and recording transactions in the SAP system.
- Prepares payment disbursement vouchers (PDVs) for submission to Treasury for check issuance or online payment processing.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in accounts payable or general accounting.
- Proficient in accounting software (SAP experience is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Willing to work on-site and report to the assigned office location.
