- The HR Assistant offers administrative support and aid to HR functions within the organization while handling clerical tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the HR Division. Additionally, the HR Assistant promotes communication between the employee and the company.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Location: DMG Center, D.M. Guevara St. Mandaluyong City
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or other related fields
- Fresh Graduate to 6 months experience
- Proficient in GSuite - Google Slides, Google Sheets, and Google Docs
- Familiarity with various facets of Human Resources
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Possesses strong judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities to provide solutions that support HR functions.
- Capable of maintaining confidentiality regarding employees' personal information
- Results-oriented, punctual and resourceful
- Possesses strong time-management skills and a keen attention to detail
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
HR Administration and Technology
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Compile employee records (Hard copies and Soft copies)
- Handle the monitoring of Manpower Requisition, Applicant Database, leave, late monitoring and Derogatory records
- Sending interoffice memorandum and holiday announcement
- Create reports on the company’s events
- Assist in Employee Rewards evaluation
- Design Birthday and Anniversary greetings for employees.
- Create and design certificates, posters, and videos for employee rewards
Talent Management
- Conduct orientation of Company Policy & Code of Discipline
- Create presentations and share ideas
Talent Acquisition
- Job posting (Internal and External advertisement)
- Conduct initial interviews on all candidates
- Scheduling of interviews (From initial up to Final Assessment)
- Send out application forms to candidates
- Conduct Background Check and employment verification
- Assist in the Onboarding process of new employees (Sending of announcements, collecting requirements and endorsement to the respective departments)
- Coordination with Accredited Clinics
