Technical Coordinator at Skills and Talent Employment Pool Inc. Pasig

Receives, checks sample, attaches appropriate label and endorses to Analyst with the corresponding test requirements.
Monitors the progress of job applications. Ensure that the test reports are issued one day before the due date for regular service and half-day before for express and shuttle service.
Assists in monitoring jobs for subcon services, process request for payment, makes the necessary follow-ups and ensures that results are promptly submitted by contractors.
Ensures efficient filing and maintenance of documents i.e., records, applications, worksheets, reports, databases, etc. with reference to the Quality Management System (QMS).
It is the responsibility to support and assist the Laboratory (Food & Hardlines/Environmental/Softlines) in receiving samples in the absence of in-charge technical coordinator.

Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience
Skills and Competencies: Project management, strong communication skills, and quality assurance knowledge
