  • Social Media & Content Creation: Develop, implement, and manage engaging social media campaigns across various platforms. Utilize AI tools to generate innovative content ideas, craft compelling copy, and design eye-catching visuals to attract and retain our audience.
  • Email Marketing: Design, execute, and monitor effective email marketing campaigns, from newsletters to promotional blasts, ensuring high engagement and conversion rates.
  • Website Management: Regularly update and maintain the activelearning.ph website, ensuring all content is current, accurate, and optimized for user experience and search engines.
  • Sales Support & Inquiries: Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls, professionally answering inquiries and efficiently forwarding leads and customer questions to the sales team.
  • Operations Support: Assist with various administrative and operational tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning of our marketing and sales efforts.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to identify trends and suggest improvements.
  • Experience: at least 2 years of experience in a marketing, sales support, or operations role, preferably within an educational or online learning environment.
  • Digital Savvy: Strong understanding of social media platforms, email marketing software, and website content management systems (CMS).
  • AI Enthusiast: Eagerness and proven ability to leverage AI tools for content generation, research, and campaign optimization.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor for phone interactions.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
