  • Lead the recruitment team in achieving hiring targets
  • Design and implement effective recruitment strategies
  • Screen, interview, and endorse qualified candidates
  • Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
  • Track recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to HR management
  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HR, or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2–3 years of solid recruitment experience, with 1 year in a lead role
  • Experience handling volume hiring and sourcing for various positions
  • Proficient in recruitment platforms and tools
  • Willing to work Mondays- Saturdays
