Technical Support Representative

We are looking for a Technical Support Representative to support a growing IPTV (Internet TV) service. Your job is to help customers with streaming issues, app setup, and account support. This role is perfect for someone who is tech-savvy, patient, and great at solving problems.
Key Responsibilities
-Assist customers with IPTV streaming, app, and account issues.
-Guide users through setup and troubleshooting for smart TVs, mobile apps, and devices.
-Provide support via phone, email, or chat in a friendly and professional manner.
-Log and track issues using internal systems.
-Suggest service upgrades or features when needed to improve the customer experience.
-At leash senior high school graduate.
-Fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome to apply
-Experience in tech support or customer service is a plus (BPO experience preferred).
-Good English communication skills.
-Willing to work on shifting schedules.
-Willing to work onsite (Makati).
-Basic sales or upselling experience is a plus, but not required.
