Position Summary:

The Human Resource Officer is responsible for performing a variety of HR functions to support Evercon’s workforce, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Post job openings, screen applicants, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Handle onboarding process, including orientation and documentation.
  • Address employee inquiries and concerns professionally and confidentially.
  • Assist in handling disciplinary cases, conflict resolution, and grievance procedures.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, and 201 files.
  • Monitor attendance, leaves, and prepare summaries for payroll processing.
  • Drafting, updating, and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with DOLE regulations and labor standards.
  • Support performance evaluation cycles and documentation.
  • Provide feedback support and ensure timelines are met.
  • Plan and execute company events, recognition programs, and employee activities.
  • Expect field work from time to time.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in the construction or industrial sector
  • Knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information
