Position Overview
RecruitGo is on the lookout for a proactive and tech-savvy Technical Customer Support Specialist - L1 to join our growing team! As a frontline support expert, you’ll guide users through technical issues, troubleshoot platform concerns, and deliver an exceptional customer experience every step of the way.
Responsibilities:
- Become a product expert to confidently support and empower users.
- Provide clear, accurate support via chat, email, and phone.
- Troubleshoot issues and work closely with internal teams for resolution.
- Manage multiple conversations with empathy and efficiency.
- Contribute to documentation and process improvements.
- 1+ year of customer support experience (SaaS/software preferred).
- Excellent English communication skills—written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving ability and a customer-first mindset.
- Self-starter attitude with solid time management.
- Tech-savvy, quick to learn tools and systems.
Nice to Have:
- Experience supporting complex SaaS platforms.
- Familiarity with Intercom, Aircall, or similar tools.
- Crypto or global tax knowledge is a plus!.
