Crypto Agent Trainer

Job Overview

We are looking for a Crypto Agent Trainer to lead on-site training programs for our agent partners in Laos and support ongoing operations remotely. The ideal candidate is fluent in Chinese, has solid communication and training skills, and is comfortable working in dynamic, multicultural environments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Overseas On-site Training

•Travel to Vientiane, Laos for 4–8 weeks of offline training. (All travel, accommodation, and meals covered by the company.)

•After on-site training, shift to remote support for ongoing training and operational assistance.

2. Agent Training & Support

•Deliver systematic training on agent operations, including fund flow, roles & responsibilities, profit models, and risk management.

•Help agents build their local teams and respond to questions during business setup and operations.

3. Training Materials & Optimization

•Familiarize yourself with existing training content and deliver it effectively.

•Collect partner feedback and contribute to training material optimization in collaboration with the internal team.

4. Cross-team Collaboration & Operations

•Support related tasks such as user feedback collection, local content localization, and process coordination.

•Work closely with the Chinese-speaking team to implement training and operations strategies.

Requirements

•Fluent in Chinese (required); basic English proficiency preferred.

•Background in training, channel/agent management, or business development is a plus.

•Knowledge of Web3, crypto, or digital entertainment industries is a strong advantage.

•Able to clearly articulate product value and training priorities; fast learner and problem-solver.

•Open to travel; strong in cross-cultural communication and adaptable to remote/flexible work environments.
