The Role

• We're looking for a talented Full Stack Developer to join our team and help build the next generation of telecommunications solutions. You'll work directly with our founder and small team to develop custom software that powers our voice and data platforms.

Key Technologies:

• Frontend: React (primary focus)
• Backend: Laravel/PHP
• APIs: RESTful services and telecom integrations
• Industry: Australian telecommunications sector

What you'll do:

• Develop and maintain React-based frontends for our custom telecom platforms
• Build robust Laravel backend systems and APIs
• Integrate with telecommunications systems and carrier networks
• Collaborate on product strategy and feature development
• Work with Australian telecom regulations and industry standards
• Support our ISO 27001 compliance initiatives through secure coding practices

Essential:

• Strong React development skills
• Solid Laravel/PHP backend experience
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and database design
• Ability to translate business logic into clean, maintainable code
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail

Highly Desirable:

• Experience in telecommunications or network systems
• Knowledge of Australian telecom regulations
• Understanding of carrier-grade systems and reliability requirements
• Experience with billing systems or telecom APIs
