- Act as the first point of contact via phone, email, or chat for customer inquiries
- Provide technical troubleshooting for internet connectivity, modems, and routers
- Log tickets, document issues, and escalate to Network Engineers when needed
- Deliver customer service support: billing questions, account setup, service changes
- Perform follow-up calls to ensure issues are resolved and clients are satisfied
- Assist with service provisioning and installation scheduling
- Maintain clear and professional communication at all times
- 1+ year experience in tech support or customer service (ISP experience a plus)
- Fluent in English (spoken & written)
- Basic understanding of home networking (modem/router setup, Wi-Fi troubleshooting) preferred
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and communication skills
- Willingness to work on rotating shifts (including evenings/weekends)
