We're looking for sharp, commission-driven BDs to join our growing marketing agency and sell our comprehensive suite of web3 services to ambitious blockchain startups.


- Be a hunter! Unearth promising leads through targeted outreach via calls, and online platforms.

- Become a web3 champion! Educate potential clients on the power of our marketing, design, development, PR, and event solutions for their blockchain startup.

- Close the deal! Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to securing happy clients.

- Weekly and Daily Check In. A quick daily and weekly check-in will ensure everyone's aligned and deals are progressing smoothly.

- Client Management: Be the point of contact, and respond to their questions as they stay on board with us.

- Fluent, professional-level English for clear communication.

- A customer-centric mindset to understand client needs and tailor solutions.

- Proactive initiative and the ability to work independently.

- Proficiency in Notion, Telegram, Twitter and LinkedIn
