Business Development Manager at UU Group Cambodia

Develop and implement business development strategies to expand blockchain projects and partnerships.
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate potential collaborations with key stakeholders, including blockchain companies, investors, and institutional partners.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities in blockchain and cryptocurrency.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international partners, clients, and regulators.
Manage end-to-end project execution of blockchain initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company goals.
Work closely with cross-functional teams (tech, product, legal, and operations) to support project implementation.
Represent the company at blockchain events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
Provide regular reports and business insights to senior management.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, with at least 1 years in blockchain, fintech, or cryptocurrency industry.
Strong knowledge of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency markets, and related regulations.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Proven track record in managing strategic partnerships and business growth initiatives.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Fluency in English is required
