- Perform general clerical duties including filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle correspondence.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and coordinating events.
- Maintain accurate records and update databases as required.
- Provide support to management and other team members as needed.

Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as office staff, administrative assistant, or similar role preferred.
