We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Fresh graduates or candidates with or without experience are welcome to apply.
Responsibilities
- Perform clerical and administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management
- Handle office communications, including answering phone calls and emails
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and managing calendars
- Support the preparation of office documents and presentations
- Coordinate with internal teams and external clients for follow-ups
- Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
- College level or graduate (any field)
- With or without related experience
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace is a plus)
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Preferably residing in or near Makati City
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
