Position: Application Developer – AWS Cloud Full Stack
Role Summary:
Design, build, and deploy scalable cloud-native applications using front-end technologies (ReactJS/Angular), back-end services (Node.js, Java, Python, Spring Boot), and AWS infrastructure (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, RDS). Work within Agile teams to create CI/CD pipelines, design microservices, optimize databases, and ensure high availability of applications.
Band Levels & Salary:
- 6A: PHP 70,000 – 95,000 (1–2 years experience)
- 7A: PHP 100,000 – 145,000 (4–6 years experience)
- Language premiums (for JLPT N3+): PHP 30,000 – 55,000
- Signing bonus: 1–2 months
- Standard mandated benefits including HMO
Work Location & Setup:
- Hybrid: 3 days onsite (UP Ayala Technohub or Cebu site), 2 days WFH
- Base schedule: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Accounts with strict network security policies may require full on-site presence
- Occasional extended day shifts if needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Full Stack Development: Build responsive front-end interfaces (ReactJS/Angular) and backend microservices (Node.js, Java, Python, Spring Boot).
- AWS Cloud Implementation: Deploy cloud-native applications using AWS services such as Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, RDS, and S3.
- Infrastructure & DevOps: Implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline; manage infrastructure for scalability, reliability, and resilience.
- Database Management: Model and optimize data using SQL and NoSQL technologies.
- Collaboration: Participate in Agile sprints, code reviews, and technical documentation; deliver secure, high-quality code and collaborate with team members.
Qualifications:
- AWS Full Stack development experience
- Java development experience
- Familiarity with front-end frameworks: ReactJS or Angular
- Agile development experience
- Japanese language proficiency: JLPT N3 or higher (for language premiums)
- Strong documentation and teamwork skills
