Position: Front-End Application Developer (React)

Role Summary:

Focus on bridging the gap between graphical design and technical implementation to create high-quality user interfaces. Work in a hybrid, agile environment with a mix of in-person collaboration for key meetings and remote work for focused development.

Band Levels & Salary:

• 6B: PHP 70,000 – 95,000 (2–4 years experience)
• 7A: PHP 100,000 – 145,000 (4–6 years experience)
• Language premiums (for JLPT N3+): PHP 30,000 – 55,000
• Signing bonus: 1–2 months
• Standard mandated benefits including HMO

Work Location & Setup:

• Hybrid work: 3 days onsite (UP Ayala Technohub or Cebu site), 2 days WFH
• Base schedule: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Some accounts (e.g., banking/finance) may require full on-site work
• Day shifts may occasionally be extended

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain front-end applications using modern JavaScript frameworks (React).
• Collaborate with designers and back-end developers to implement high-quality UI/UX solutions.
• Document work, code, and processes for team and project reference.
• Participate actively in agile development processes and team meetings.
• Contribute to team projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

Qualifications:

• 1–8+ years of front-end development experience (React preferred).
• Japanese language proficiency: JLPT N3 or higher (for language premiums).
• Ability to collaborate on projects and work with team members across time zones.
• Strong understanding of front-end development best practices and design implementation.
